Yup with that famous republican Bill Clinton.

I don't remember the veto, in fact I remember hid standing up and
telling us how much this deregulation would stimulate the economy.
It really didn't matter tho since there was not enough democratic
opposition to sustain the veto.

Here's a clue.. The POTUS does not write and pass the laws. But of
course, you won't really admit who held the house and senate.. Remember,
the house and senate? They have a lot to do with laws.
