Are your clients (assuming you really have any) insane? Have they
really missed the fact that you a padding their bills to support your
incessant usenet trolling habit? You are posting more often than
Harry! If they haven't figured it out, not only do they have a fool
for a CPA, they are fools themselves.
Not worth it for me to work for someone else any more. A byproduct of
financial independence and freedom that comes with it. And I never
padded a billing ever, that is fleabagger mentality.
So, what is an accountant that works for himself? A miser tossing his
coins into the air?
But since "An accountant is an individual who performs accounting
tasks for individuals or companies." I guess you own profile makes you
a liar, huh?

OMG, he's an accountant. No surprise.
A low level bookkeeper, more likely.
More than likely. You notice he doesn't mention being a CPA. The title
"accountant" can mean almost anything.

Yes, I have a bookkeeper and a CPA. In the states, if you're not a
CPA you cannot certify financials and I think there's some restriction
on filing taxes on another's behalf. Former CPA's can get in this
position by failiing to keep up with the continuing education required
to maintain their certification.
The exciting world of accountancy. Fits the Canook like a glove.
