As I write, we have a lot of "Christians" pointing at each other and
saying, "CULT!" Amazing that they are ALL blessed "With God on Their
Side" (apologies to BD).
The word "cult" and its predecessors have meanings that would specify as
"cults" just about any religious group, especially when the followers
build their faith around the leadership, teachings and/or life of an
individual or small group of individuals.
Thus, just about every religion is a "cult."
Gotta love this bull**** about "My religion is the real one and yours is
a cult." Throughout history, those have been fighting words that have
led to wars.
