Too bad the guy made us wait three years (and one summer vacation) to
come up with another stimulus bill (still no jobs bill) before starting
his re-election campaign which seems to be taking priority over any
Presidential duties like leading the country.....

There is a jobs bill, but like everything else, the Republicans think
they should just do.... nothing.

This is no jobs bill.. If it was, why did the democrats vote it down? Do
they not want jobs?

You are going crazy!!!!

passage-job-bill-in-face-likely-senate-defeat/

They couldn't come up with enough democratic votes to pass it, period...

No republican voted on it? Oh, wait, before you said there is no jobs
bill. So just what did the democrats vote on?

Another stimulus bill, expecting different results this time. Even the
democrats knew that, that's why they killed it. Remember, the
republicans are the ones who wanted to vote on it weeks ago until Reid
pulled the "nuclear option" to stop them from bringing it up.

Have you read the bill? It's a JOBS bill, not a stimulus bill. How could
a jobs bill not cost money? But wait, you said there was no bill.....

The title may say "Jobs Bill" but the content is an election year ear
mark. You do know that the "Jobs Bill" only pays for one years worth of
jobs and then the responsibility of continued funding of those jobs
falls onto the state and local governments. Just more unfunded mandates.
This is suspiciously like Clinton's 100,000 more police officers which
only lasted for 1 year.

Not to mention about 17% of the moneys put aside for "teachers" actyally
went to teachers. The rest went to buying IPods for students and
"administrative" costs...

I'm guessing you have proof of this? May I see it, please?
