Even Michele Bachmann has declined the "Trump" debate for GOP nominee
wannabes, leaving only Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum.

Should be an interesting evening, with Newtie showing home movies of his
marriages and other lapses in integrity, Ricky holding up a glass jar
with a fetus in it, and The Donald demonstrating how his hairdresser
creates that awful weave.
