Underway is god-awful expensive to use.

But some do have the doe for it. I've just set up a linux router on a yacht,
offering internet to all PC's aboard (12+) through two MPDS satellite
systems, one ISDN and one GSM for near-coast access. Wouldn't like to pay
their monthly bill though....
