Florida's Stand Your Ground Laws
Benefit Those with Arrest Records
The 119 people known to have killed and
claimed "stand your ground" were arrested
a combined 327 times prior to the incident
for major crimes, including assault, battery,
theft and probation violation. A third had
four or more major arrests, and a quarter
had 1-3 major arrests.

I imagine they are more likely to be in places where they get attacked
more often. If we said they were "poor people living in depressed
neighborhoods" you would be defending them.
You're incredible. No matter what, you're defending the stand your
ground killers.
You folks really have to get your story right. First you say SYG is a
license to kill and then you say Zimmerman will be convicted without a
doubt. Which is it?
Both, the stand your ground law has no bearing on this case.
Why not? Are you saying Zimmerman did not have a legal right to be
there or even to follow martin? As a defacto agent of the HOA he even
had the power to ask martin why he was there.
You keep forgetting this was a stranger behind gates on private
property. Can you ask a guy in your driveway why he is looking into
YOUR car?
Looking into cars.... hearsay.
Martin was legally on that private property.
Are you sure about that? Was he invited on the property? By whom?
Yes. His father's fiancée.
Did
his father even know he was there? When was his father finally notified
of the tragedy?
Yes. Immediately.
Guess again sport.

Oops! The father wasn't concerned about his under-age son's whereabouts
until the next morning. Martin mush have had a history of staying out
all night without his parents knowledge.
Hearsay and speculation.
