I hate the idea of running labels through a laser printer once, but
maybe that is because I used to have to fix the damage it can cause.

I still keep an old LQ 24 pin printer around for printing labels but
it has been so long that I needed more than a couple at a time that I
imagine the ink is bad in the ribbons I have. For a "one off" label, I
print it on regular paper and seal in on the box with clear packing
tape.
That is a better label anyway.

I've had no problem running sheets of labels through an inkjet printer
multiple times. I can't even think of the last time I had any sort of
paper jamb.

The original point, which, of course, you misunderstood, was about laser
printers, not inkjet printers. Now, I have no knowledge of whether
reusing label sheets screws up an inkjet printer, but, then, I only use
my inkjet printer to print on photo paper.

Next time, read before you drool.

No, there was no mention of what printer you would use besides the label
printer. YOU changed it to laser only when you googled.

And once again you are exhibiting your inability to move on...
