Default Reducing speed of DC pump

Larry,
Thanks, exactly what I need or at least perfect to try and solve my problem.
If it doesn't work on the toilet it will be used on my noisy overdriven 12v fans.

My Jabsco toilet pump needs to be slowed down, what is the simplest
way to reduce speed, by voltage? It also is very noisy, hopefully
reduced speed will quiet it down too.
