Oh, I definitely was a persona non grata at a Maryland gun discussion
board, and I am proud of it. I was tossed because I was NOT opposed to
background checks on gun purchasers and mandatory safety training for
first time gun purchasers, and I said so. I made the mistake of thinking
the "boys" there were rational.

I do read and post on two other gun discussion boards. Apparently there
are fewer crazies there.

Apparently, you have a lot of experience getting tossed from discussion
groups. The Android forum is just one other example.

I 'really' believe he was tossed because of his lack of opposition to background checks and being
pro safety training. What a crock.

No, we all read the thread. He was over there trolling with his DNC
bull**** being his usual asshat...

Who is this "we" you always speak of? Come on, if you are going to be a
crazy insane fool, have the balls to own it.

Some of the boys at the Maryland gun site are busy collecting the names
and addresses of those who have contributed to the campaigns of the
state lawmakers who are approving the new regulations. Why? So they can
contact them. There are some heavy duty corporate donors, too, including
banks. I'm not sure what the goal of the "contact" is, since the die is
cast.

The reality is that the majority of Marylanders live in the more
populated areas, and they made it clear to their state lawmakers they
supported the governor's plan to tighten gun regs here. So, the proposed
regs, for the most part, are getting through our state's legislature and
likely will be signed into law next week by the governor.

Sure, ESAD. Now tell about your 'special circumstances' which caused you to use your thumb safety!
As to the Maryland regs - which ones would have prevented the Newtown massacre?

Probably the same special circumstances that made a polymer and an alloy
one in the same.
