NO he didn't, but the header sure told me he was posting from Canada.
NOte the sympatico.ca in his address, not hotmail or yahoo. tHis
would lead most to the conclusion that he wasn't anywhere near
Australia.
wOrd to the wise, when discussing such things it's a good idea to tell
us where you are folks. RAdio rules and system may differ depending
on the part of the planet you call home.
