Among your other emotional problems, such as psychosis, you have some
real anger management issues. You live in a fairly progressive state,
Connecticut, and I am sure there are decent non-Freudian therapists in
your area who could help you learn to control yourself. Heck, your
county or town might have a freebie or low-cost mental health clinic
that accommodates out-patient clients.
