The jury on the Zimmerman trial will return a "not guilty" on the

The prosecution put a serious dent in the defense arguments today

they called the Army JAG lawyer who taught a course that Zimmerman
took in a Jr. College. The course covered Stand Your Ground laws.

In a cable TV (Fox News) interview Zimmerman was asked if he knew

But, he had received an "A" in the course given by the JAG lawyer.

Are you giving Zimmerman too much credit now for intelligence?
Shouldn't the "JAG' lawyer be
asked about all of the grades that were given in the course that
Zimmerman took?

The Judge would not allow it. She only allowed testimony that could
relate to Zimmerman's prior knowledge of the Stand Your Own Ground
statutes. Her reasoning is that it could have a direct bearing on the
case, which obviously it did.

You are assuming that the JAG lawyer didn't give everyone A's and B's. Grade inflation is a
real thing and it happens at all schools from Harvard all the way done to Podunk CC.
