He might have; until she started getting more attention than he felt she
deserved. Harry will put women on a pedestal so it's easy for him to
knock them down. Do you remember how he went off on Peggy for having the
audacity to post her political views. And the woman in Australia who was
more knowledgeable about outboard engine design than any of the boys on
rec.boats. When women cross the boundaries of what Harry perceives their
"place" to be, he goes all hooky falooky on them.
