Default Another project

Done (for now) making some horse riding trails through the woods
beside our house. Took about 3 weeks to clear downed trees and
branches with a handsaw and using the tractor to make the trails. Had
to remove rocks many and stumps and then spread over 30 yards of pea
stone on the smoothed out trails Total length of the trails is a
little over half a mile so far.

Then I got ambitious and decided to build a "rest stop" along the
way, complete with a mini porch, hitching post and stone campfire.

Plan is to have a relatively high peaked roof, with a small loft.
I'll wire it and relocate a 50 amp RV service that we no longer use by
extending ditches and using direct burial wiring. I'll put one of
those fake fireplace/heaters for winter use and a small, 5,000 BTU air
conditioner for summers.

Progress so far: (please remember, I am an amateur carpenter and
because there's no power out there yet, it's all being done with
battery powered saws, drills and swinging an old fashioned hammer)

What page?

And...what happened to that cute little Honda generator you had. I'd think it'd be perfect for a
project like that.
