Default Lights are out in Halifax:

Heard on the CBC this morning that Halifax is still without power this
morning, (I wonder if Mooron will notice?), downtown parking lots are
flooded, but the kids are out on the pier playing in the surf!

Haven't seen any film of a beached Nordica, although there is a report
of dangerous sea conditions just south of Halifax do to the ocean being
littered with hundreds of Overproof Rum bottles (empty) that were
dragged out to sea by the receding storm surge.

Cheers

Ya gotta love it! Here we have a bunch of putzes making fun
of us people who live down where hurricanes are SUPPOSED
to strike and we get zip, zero, nada while the northern weenies
who think they're ever so safe get slammed. I say it serves 'em
right for being on our case so much.
