They also control the Presidency and a good chunk of the media.

So far the fiscal surplus is gone, there's a good size war going on, job
layoffs are at an all time high, the market went south, corporate scandal is
rampant, the housing bubble is about the burst, government grows at an ever
increasing rate and civil liberties are being lost.

The Republicans preachers of virtue fall hard due to drug addiction,
gambling addiction, sex crimes, etc. Yet they preach of virtue and harsh
penalties for non compliance!

Oh the hypocrisy!

What cheapo nameplate? Is Subaru a low cost car? Our Outback cost 28K, quite a
bit for a small wagon. The STI will cost us nearly 34K. "Cheap" cars are
generally under 15K, but even a Toyota Echo is better than most American cars.
