Default First Cold Front of the Season.

It's gonna get cold here in the Florida Keys tonight.

The first cold front of the season is right now passing
through and it's supposed to be in the low sixties tonight.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!

sister unit it was snowing in Portland, OR . . . .. . Oh well . .. Time to
head to Tampa!

Ole Thom claims it doesn't get very cold in Seattle because
of the Humboldt current. He says it's a well-kept secret to
keep the population down so it doesn't get like the cockroach
colonies of Southern California.

How can it be passing through Key Largo right now if it passed through
Jacksonville this morning coming from the west?

Anyway, they're predicting upper 40's at the airport which means probably
low-to-middle 50's for us here. Feels good!

At least I'm not weak in the cranium like you who
willingly stays in the North where you cannot sail
but half the year.

I may have 'thin blood' since living in Southern
Florida for fifteen years but at least I can sail
year round and stay fit by being outdoors and
enjoying outdoor activities on a continuous basis.

Healthy mind and healthy body is what living in
civilized climes results in.

You can see the orientation of the front he

It is coming down from the Northwest more than from the West.
