Default OT - Kyoto Protocols dead

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,104561,00.html

Russia just announced it will go along with the U.S. and
decline to ratify the Kyoto accords. This effectively
puts an end to that nonsense. It's a blessing in disguise
since 12 of the 14 nations that did sign on have failed
by wide margins to meet the agreed upon emission
standards.

Good riddance, I say. It was stupid to begin with and
very ill conceived. Global warming, if it exists at all,
has never been proven to be due to release of carbon
dioxide by industrial nations any more than by bovine
methane farts.

I say a little global warming is a good thing because
it will result in more reliable and stronger winds for
us sailors.

Global warming, IF it's because of human industry is killing Coral and other
sea life.
The Earth will not absorb unlimited punishment without punishing us in return.

How does warming kill off coral, or any other sea life?

I don't spend my money on food. I spend most of my money
on women, porn, booze, and recreation. The rest of it I just waste.

As far as I know, the Ice Time was the longest steady weather period.

I wonder what we are heading at politics or wether problems...

Splendid, then we at last can get hold of and start to use all the oil
and cole underneath the ice/perma frost.

Bjoern, you got first rights or....the Americans..........:-)) ??

We offcourse, my dear Wim.

But the Americans are missing a couple of bombs and a lot of
waste/garbage for the last many years.

Maybee if the ice melts, we can then return all the garbage and the
missing bombs, so they can recycle the whole lot...or drop in on the
buttom of Florida.....;-)))

Best regards
Mr. Bjoern, Denmark
