Why scan at 3,200 DPI (sic) when the printer can't match it? It's got something to do with the document and scanner. At the lower resolutions it comes out looking all greenish. At 3,200 it has completely normal colors identical to the original. Maybe it's got something to do with all the very fine filigree same as found on currency. Hey, that gives me an idea.
