Sara is very pretty. Does she know how to sail? Or
is she purely ornamental? Bart Bobsprit wrote It was cold on the water! Especially when the sun dipped behind the clouds. S is Sara, 27 years old. Also can be seen here on the left: |

Sara is very pretty. Does she know how to sail? Or
is she purely ornamental? Sara is pretty and single and she does know sailing. Her father is a politician of some sort in Spain and and he owns a 35 foot sloop with teak decks from a builder I don't recall. She grew up on boats, but she's still (after sailing here for years) pointing at fenders, sheets and halyards and calling them by their Spanish names. Confusing at times. Most of the ladies you see aboard can sail to some degree. Sara is 27 (I think!). RB |

So Bart, are you implying that there would be something wrong
with her being purely ornamental? -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... Sara is very pretty. Does she know how to sail? Or is she purely ornamental? Maxprop stated (and where did you dig up that name???): I'm fully aware that
you are way beyond "ornamental," despite what Mr. S. claims. :-) Are you in the water yet? I don't think Mr S. has ever considered me ornamental...more like ape deck....we're going in next week....BTW, we really love MYC...it's a great place....Chopper has learned how to jump from the dinghy up the ladder into the cockpit and how to leap over the gunnels to the dinghy to get off the boat....he still can't swim, though, so he has to wear his life jacket to and fro.... -- katysails s/v Chanteuse Kirie Elite 32 http://katysails.tripod.com "Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea." - Robert A. My brother came back from Alberta where he had been living for some years, he brought with him two Newfies (dogs, not people), you know the big stupid black dogs famous for their swimming prowess. Turns out one of them can't swim, I couldn't believe it, so we coaxed Kevin into pushing the beast into the water from the dock, sank like a stone, had to jump in and rescue it! ;-) Cheers Marty |

We seem to lose a few folks to the MYC annually. Guess it's a good deal as well as a nice place. Good thing for Chopper to wear the life jacket. A couple from Whitehall Landing dragged their poor, dead Lab out of the lake last summer after the dog fell off the boat. Swam until he became fatigued and drowned. The owner said he was so sure that the dog could swim better without a life jackets. Famous last words, the idiot. Max |
