Weirdest thing

Got the boat in the water today, was driving it down to the crane to get the
stick back up, and I swear to God, thought someone had swiped my wheel and
replaced it with their smaller wheel. Had to look at some pics before I was
convinced it's the same wheel I've had all along!

I'm betting the wheel on the boat you crossed in was bigger?

Sounds like the woman who asked our marina to weigh her boat, convinced that
the previous marina had absconded with some of her ballast. She owned a
Seaward with a solid lead wing keel.

The wheel was huge, and I've spent almost 2 1/2 months on that boat since
the end of last season. I think I need a bigger wheel, will take some
measurements.

Lay off those psychedelic mushrooms John, you may shrink too.

Nope, you need a bigger mast--trust me on that one.

See? That's what happens when you go gallivanting off all over the seas on
OPB's....now you're going to have to go out and get a bigger
wheel...attached to a bigger boat, of course....

WHAT???? Now if it had been a particular C&C 28 that would be true in
reverse...they had 250 lbs of lead added.....

I'd like a bigger wheel while sailing, but the one I have is nice to 'get
around'.
