Default Doug's Rules of Draft

According to Doug, if I indicated that a vessel's draft of "7' +" is a
problem, I've failed to be clear? Most people would assume this to
mean: And draft 7 feet or more is problematic.
Oh, but not Doug! He needed to know that the + sign indicated 5" (or
so) lest everyone be confused!

So, folks...please be very very exact when talking about draft and
please don't talk about draft/load variations. There's only so much the
poor guy can take!
