Since 1999, Joe has been preparing his 43 foot sea snail for her major
voyage. Some folks buy a boat like that and actually go somewhere after a quick and proper refit. Not Joe! He's doing it SLOWLY. After 7 years she's still not ready for that ocean voyage. Every day he posts here is proof she's not ready...or he'd just be on his way! We, on the other hand, are raising a child, daysail and weekend cruise and bought the boat to suit our easy part time sailing schedule! After 7 years of under 400 miles per year do you think Joe might guess he could have bought something fun to sail until he was ready to actually sail off on his "major voyage?" RB 35s5 NY |
