Check this one out, very nice lines and not a bad price
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1977-...QQcmdZViewItem http://tinyurl.com/ndfpn This could be an awesome boat. Looks dirty & partly disassembled but nothing broken. With that hull shape, unless it's tremendously heavy, it could be a real flyer with the right rig... a sleeper. If I lived anywhere near Texas I'd go check it out myself. You may want a bit more cabin space though, this one is small. DSK |

DSK Well thanks for the heads up, but I've been gone for a week, no phones, computers, or any other devices meant to keep one forever entwined in lifes communication network. The scallops in St. Joe's bay were calling me and I couldn't resist the call. I think on rec.cruising we there was a thread going that discussed when a boat that was given to you was a bad deal. This might have been one of them. At any rate, it would not be worth a blind bid nor a trip. And it is too small for my intended purpose. However, if I had been close I would have looked at it for potential fix up and resell. Frank |
