Nice looking boat! Did you find a used one or are you
buying new? Trailer? Wheel or tiller? Did you sail one, how was it? Where are you going to keep her? What's the towing weight? I see the beam is 8'4'', that's good! Can't wait to see her, Scotty "Scout" wrote in message ... Slapped a deposit on her today. Should be sailing her within 2 weeks. http://www.seawardyachts.com/26rk.html? Hallelujah! Scout |

I saw one sailing in St. Joe's Bay last spring and it really looked good. Can't wait to get some sailing reports. That's one that is on my short list. Based on what you said you want to do, I think it may be perfect. I think it may be a little too heavy for what I want to do. Frank |

![]() "Scout" wrote Slapped a deposit on her today. Should be sailing her within 2 weeks. http://www.seawardyachts.com/26rk.html? I hope your new boat is more reliable than your server. :-0~ I just now managed to log on because it's been overloaded or something. Anyhow, the boat looks good. I don't know if I could go with an electrical keel lift. It's bound to burn out or jam at the worst of times. Is there a way to hand crank it up and down if your battery goes dead? And, the price of Seawards is just too rich for my blood. Sort of like Island Packets. You pay way too much for what you get. Cheers, Ellen |

Maybe you should look at this: http://www.beneteauusa.com/sail/curr.../323_equip.php For just a little more money you can get twice the boat. A swing keel is an option. 2'7" draft. Cheers, Ellen |
