I do the work on my boat and sail singlehanded.
Hank the foresail.. do the tugging on the main and foresail sheets. And when sailing back to harbour I exercise the upper body by swinging my arms and rotating around the waist.. to get rid of the kinks. I planned to go sailing yesterday, but the high winds kept me in the harbour.. doing boat chores. |
