Gilly,

I do have problems very often with your praises. Not alway sure if
they're mockery or just miss placed admoration.

Anyway, a master mariner he WAS NOT! His low end price vessel was
riddled with mistakes!

A Philosopher??? He has a very, very slanted, conserative bent on self
rightousness and has very often been proven to be full of ****.

You can now see those dumb views expressed under the name of Ellen
MacArther. He can't help himself. He has to spout off. It blows his
cover.

I'm assuming your Praises are false Praises.

Ole Thom,

I really have a lot of respect for you for all your sailing experience,
being a Korean War Veteran, surviving the hurricane of '38 and rescuing
the Ambrose light ship from German saboteurs. The good Capt Neal joined
the flonkers to infiltrate and disable them. That is why they have a price
on his head and they are mostly disbanded. His sailing skills are
legendary. He sails regularly and competently in the notorious Straits of
Florida, a stretch of water with the highest number of accidents and
mishaps in the world. Look at those pictures of his fine blue water
cruiser. It is well founded, well cared for and highly modified to enhance
its cruising abilities and seaworthiness. The good Capt's philosophy is
one of rugged individualism with special emphasis on self sufficiency. Not
only is this congruent, but it is essential for true mastery of the sea.
Once or twice the good Capt may have slipped up, but if you stand back and
look at the whole man in the context of really living you will be overcome
with a profound sense of admiration.

I never realized until now what a load of crap you carry, and what a great
troll you are. Thank you.

My sentiments exactly, Mr Gilligan. I wish *the good Capt.* would come back but I understand
why he'd rather be sailing. Given the choice between the two, he'd have to be an imbecile to stay
here. Even sailing in dangerous places is better than abuse from the pea brains and frauds that hang
out here. I wonder how long he was here?? He goes way back in a Google search. He musta had
superhuman patience to put up with these lame people for more than a couple years. I've only been
here a couple months and it's getting hard to stomach already.
The people here are outta touch with reality. Tom's got one foot in the grave so he can be forgiven.
It sounds like he used to sail (before he got so fat his boat capsized at the dock when he tried to step
aboard) and that's more than most of the others have done.
The others??? What's their excuse?
It's like they're all totally and constantly angry. They take it out on each other and subscribers
here. Joe's behavior lately is weird. Mr. Spamsom is right - it's psycho. Joe lives in Texas too. He could
be out sailing. The people who're up north don't have that luxury. So why's he so grouchy? It's his
own fault if he's too lazy or scared to go sailing. Why take it out on the news group?
And the abuse of new subscribers. I think they drive away new people because they're just plain
hateful of the whole world. They've been trying to drive me off from the start but they failed. Katy
especially hates me. It's because I can write a sentence without butchering it like she does. And, I'm
young and sexy. Makes her look bad. But, that's not my fault. She thinks it's OK to make it look like
all women are stupid and lazy. I don't think I should be sloppy and inept with my posts just because
it makes her uncomfortable to see a good one or because it makes her look bad.
In church they teach us to respect our elders. But how can I respect Katy when she's constantly
rude and catty. To get respect ya gotta be respectful. She could learn from Capt. Neal. He always
signed posts *Respectfully* Capt. Neal©.

Cheers,
Ellen

When Capt Neal ran this fine group people sailed more often. They would
literally throw down their keyboards and run for their boats. He was a great
motivation for all.

Back then there were less overweight people on the newsgroup. The good Capt
ran a tight ship and people stayed in line. The discussions were very
philosophic and applicable to life in general. People came from far and near
in response to the good Capt's musings. People became very excited,
sometimes before he had even spoken! Yes, he could readily fan the flames of
passion and stir the emotions!

Things started to change when President Bush gave him free government pills.
I think there was something in those pills. Today, the good Capt leads a
live of vigor and purification. He does not take the government pills. He
does not indulge in rich foods. His life is simple, yet so complete.
Everyone awaits his return.
