Default USA to Bahamas

I was wondering if there are any regulations/customs/rules, etc. for
going to the Bahamas with a USA boat. Thanks.

Besides a Passport for all crew members and boat documentation? Maybe a
visa. I'm sure you can find out via their embassy. Bring money. :-)

One important item comes to mind. It depends upon the LOA of your boat.
If it's 30 feet or more you need to purchase a US custom's user fee
decal prior to leaving the US.
http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/pl..._fee_decal.xml
The cost is 25 bucks.

Here's some good cruising info regarding entering and exiting the
Bahamas: http://www.explorercharts.com/customs.html

I've been back and forth to the Bahamas several times. It's all pretty
straightforward.
