It was the last war we were ever attacked first and the last war that the Congress declared. I still question whether the US won because of all the territory that fell into the hands of tyranny. The world was less free after the war than before. I think the US should go to war only if Congress declares it. The only war the US should have ever been involved in was the Revolutionary War. All the other wars were unecessary, no matter how many times Canada tried to invade. |
