Position: Flotilla Hostess/1st Mate

Background: Our training yacht "Centurion" (a four cabin 42 foot
Gib'Sea) is also the flotilla lead boat. Crew live on the boat during
the season.

Responsibilities:
Customer Care & Liaison; Flotilla Social Arrangements; Assistance in
the turn-around of the lead boat on changeover days; Assistance with
lead boat maintenance, cleaning and preparation for charter;
Assistance with handling of the boat when underway or manoeuvring;
Instruction of students up to Day Skipper level (if appropriately
qualified); Assistance with mooring up of flotilla boats and
trouble-shooting any problems arising on flotilla boats.

Sailing Experience Req'd: Ideally RYA Yachtmaster/Coastal Skipper Comm
End. Day Skipper considered.

Other Info: Candidate must have "working knowledge" of German as there
will be some German guests on the flotilla.

The pay for this position will be £ 120/week GBP paid in cash locally
or by BACS transfer in the UK

One week's holiday mid season

One return flight from Europe to Bodrum will also be included.

The period of employment would be from 5th April – 1st November 2004.
