You do know what averages, means, norms, modes, etc., are, do you not? To paraphrase Will Rogers, the smart money is buying land in higher latitudes. There is going to be less of it. Yes, sea levels are rising. But then, they have been for the last 18,000 years or so. Another ice age is coming, whether we like it or not. 500-2000 years from now, our civilization is toast. I plan on being near the equator by then. |
