Default fuel meter

I'm thinking about buying a Navman 2100 fuel flow meter for my 200hp
Johnson outboard. Can someone tell me how it is installed.

I assume something like this:

FuelTank---------------RacorFilter----------------Navman---------PrimerBulb-------Johnson200

is that right?
