Default Chart Format Conversion

Boy have I had a steep learning curve. I want a navigation program that
runs native on MacOS X. I don't want to run Virtual PC so my choices
are really limited. I have only found one that suits. it is called
GPSNavX. It looks like it will do the job except it only supports BSB
charts. This is fine for all you North Americans but down here in
Australia the Australian Chart series is formatted in HCRS format as
used by the UK Hydro Office. My question is whether anyone has seen any
conversion aids. This is very tricky so I don't like my chances. BTW I
know the NZ Hydro office supports BSB format but their charts that
cover some of the Australian coast ar too large scale (I think that is
what I meen, not enough detail).

Any ideas?
