Default need help with trolling motor

I have a trolling motor that I need a schematic on. while searching
here I founf a bunch of schematics, but upon looking for the model
number on the motor I was unable to find it. It is a motorguide III
all metal body, but it does work, however the speed control on the foot
pedal has been bypassed, and I would like either to rewire the
connections or replace the control of it is bad. Any help would be
appreciated in determining the model no. or in finding the appropiate
schematic

Hi,
I sent your question into one of our contacts at MotorGuide's Service
Center so we should have answer back to you very soon.

If you could tell me the approximate year it would help. Also any other
info other than just a MotorGuide III would be helpful. You say it does
not work. Does that mean nothing happens when you apply power and press
the "go" button?

The Trolling motor does work, however the speed switch was bypassed at
some point prior to my purchasing it. I need the schematic to
determine how to hook up the speed switch and see if that works, or if
I need to replace it. The only other info I have on the date is the
serial number - 0250702324. Any help would be appreciated.
