Does anyone here have experience with the new Furuno MaxSea software
for Navnet? At first reading of the specs it looks like this software has the capability of turning a PC into more or less a fully functional Navnet node with remote (or secondary) display of chart plotter and radar data via an ethernet connection. Can anyone confirm this, and/or share some Furuno tech contact information? |

Yes. It works with a basic PC or Laptop. Waypoints, Radar, GPS information
are transported via TCPIP packets. John http://www.shipboardnetworks.com/ 954-801-0951 "Wayne.B" wrote in message ... Does anyone here have experience with the new Furuno MaxSea software for Navnet?
