Default Garmin GPSMAP 2206 data protocols

Hi all
I'm trying to update some software for uploading waypoints to my gps, so it
will work with a Garmin GPSMAP 2206, but the Garmin Device Interface
Specification available on their website
(http://www.garmin.com/support/commProtocol.html) doesn't have listed the
GPSmap 2206 model.
Can anyone tell me the product ID and the data protocol capabilities this
GPS uses to transfer waypoints and routes as listed in the garmin protocol
(table 38 of the above document)?
For reference, the software currently talks to a GPS 126, which has a
product ID of 95 uses waypoint data protocol D103. I would like to know the
equivalent information for the 2206.

I've tried ringing Garmin tech support in the UK, and no-one ever answers.
Emails have been fruitless so far.

Many Thanks

Steve
