Default Open ground

Yep, you guys were right. No ground. It was at the boat mounted socket
but not at the bulb socket. Continuity was good to the plug in and on
the anchor light stem. Apparently the connectors weren't mating. I built
each up (male and female) with solder and anchor light is working great.
