That explains a lot.

You got a problem with city boys?

I don't get it. Sorry.
The endless repetition of this clip is like the endless "speculation"
about all the Clinton conspiracies.
Palin was on a turkey farm, where turkeys become meat for the table.
End of story.
The news media is really falling down on the job.
Very little real reporting gets done.
It's all mindless gossip,
Yeah, I'm a policy wonk.

Like others that have commented on the news networks, I initially
thought this was somebody's idea of a YouTube presentation joke.

Then, I found out it was real.

It is humorous in a bizzare way, that's for sure. Palen is obviously a
hardened farm or back woods type girl who wouldn't have a clue as to
why the process going on behind her would disturb anybody. Busted a
gut, when she was asked what she does for Thanksgiving and she started
answering with "Oh, I take care of the turkey .... and so forth.

I think you are being overly polite!

Palin is a near-brainless ditz with a cute personality and the ability
to read off a teleprompter. There's nothing else there. Even the TV
hunting show hosts who kill game know better than to show the butchering
of what they shoot.

Sarah Palin: the gift that keeps on giving.

BTW, the local bet on one of my email discussion threads is whether the
pregnant Palin's intended will marry her or join the Marines. Now that
the pressure is off, I think he's headed for boot camp. I've got $5
riding on that.
I don't know why you have such a facination with Palin.
She was an interesting addition to the primary campaigns and looks good
on TV.

She's a non-event. She'll soon be forgotten in terms of high political
office, but always be remembered as one of the amusing highlights of the
2008 primary season.

Told you...I'm hoping she will be the GOP nominee in 2012.

If she is, I'll become a Democrat.
I don't think I have anything to worry about.

Actually, thinking of the next four years, I was thinking of becoming a
libral Democrat anyway.
Opportunities to participate in some of the social welfare programs don't
come along very often.
I've always had to earn my way.
May as well get while the gettin's good.

They will know if a democrat shows up, they will ask for their turkey
blackened.

More like :

"Where the hell is my free turkey?"

Good catch.

They will know if a democrat shows up, they will ask for their free turkey
blackened.

You know, we could work out a deal here. You hold a couple of
mortages, I hold one (and could work out a deal to own another) so
it's entirely concievable that we could form a bank holding company
and apply for TARP funds to bolster our "capital" base.

I mean if GMAC can do it, why couldn't we?

Being a life long city boy, I'm almost sfraid to ask what happens to the
turkey when it's lower head first into that big funnel.
Tell me it isn't some king of device to chop the birds head off... or to
grind it up.

You should stick to watching the Simpsons, dummy.

Why watch you on the Simpsons when you display the same sort of
stupidity here on a nightly basis?
