I just can't believe that. Canada won't let the Simpsons be broadcast over
their airwaves or cable? Hell we've been watching them for 25+ years in
the USA.

Even the CBC ran re-runs just before the 6 o'clock news for years.

Turns out the hatchet fell at NPR. My sister, Vicky OHara got axed
and I know she did not expect it. Life is rough but fortunately she
has no kids. I always thought NPR had almost no balance, great
programs but no balance. You could end up more ignorant after
listening than before.

If it really truly bothers you that it might come back, I'll be glad to
write to my Congressman and urge him to urge President Obama to sign it.
