It's fake.

If you stop it exactly at :25 the board is broken in two.

You might have to work at it, but you can clearly see that the end of
the board doesn't go anywhere. Also the guy is still standing there.
There is a frame blur of him going up - it's a light fragment meaning
it's fake.

Besides, the acceleration would have broken both of his legs at his
hips.
