That was the cafe classic. Look at the lineup in the other post and you'll
see the 'classic' classic.

Holy ****, that was a serious story, I think!

I liked this line:

"...so I actually rigged up an adjustable keeper that runs from the chin
strap to the handlebar to hold my head down at speed."

I suppose if he goes down, his helmet, and whatever is in it, stays with
the bike!

yes, I would imagine that if that beast went down with him on it at
speed, he wouldn't be worried about scratching it.
