Maybe it is, I haven't bought any in years. Now this is going to sound really strange, but it is and it isn't. I guess in industrial quanties it is, but in small amounts, it isn't. That's according to the MSDS sheets anyway. Wikipedia doesn't really reach a conclusion. Didn't know that. |
