Cleared this afternoon and is warm & sunny as we speak.
I went out tonight and scraped/washed down the front porch to prep for
priming/painting.

We got out on the water about a half hour after I finished mowing the
lawn. It was supposed to rain late this afternoon, but so far...nary a
drop. A little thunder now, though.
