I've a feeling that will change once Obama gets the news. With big
enough subsidies, GMC and Chrysler can reduce prices to the point that
Ford loses sales. I've no doubt Obama would play that game.

I've got my eye on a 2010 Mustang. There is no way I am buying a GM or
Chrysler vehicle.

I like "GIB", Guy In Back better than RIO as a description.

Do you have a problem with that Harold?

You'd think the washed up union hack would buy American, too wouldn't you?

Hard riding little car. See lots of teen girls driving the current
'stands around down here...just as they did when it first came out in
the 1960s.

You're cheering a profit based almost entirely on debt restructuring?

I'm all for the recovery of the auto industry, but let's see some
profits based upon sales, not moving around numbers on a spread sheet,
or selling off of assets.

Herr Krause. Are you lamenting over notions that a large mega-
corporation isn't begging for a drop of milk from the public nipple or
your John Q. Cheque payer?

Krausie can't comprehend the fact that a large corporation can adapt to
changing times and make necessary adjustments without begging for
handouts from the American people. Chrysler and GM will falter and fail
in part due to bad management, the greed of union workers, reputation
for inferior products, interference on the part of the inept federal
government. Not to mention that the American people are sick and tired
of propping up businesses that don't deserve to exist.

Krausie's thought process is very simple if you bother to analyze it. To
him everything is either black or white figuratively and literally. When
given a choice he always favors black. His existence is dependent on
Unions thriving and of course Karen's benevolence. If only Karen would
let him retire, he wouldn't need to lie about his "thriving business".
He's a scared little man who isn't comfortable in his own skin.

Agreed in all points except for his retirement.

First, to retire you must have a valid occupation to retire from.

I wouldn't consider creaming, or in this case *sucking* a dubious
income from dues paid by union members as being a valid occupation.

I liked everything about the Mustang I had except the comfort. I just
couldn't hack it for a five hour drive.

Good luck. You're not as tall as I, and maybe that'll help. I'd spend
a couple hours in it before putting down the money. Maybe a days
rental would be a good idea.
