Default Scary Halloween story....

The scariest story told this Halloween - the most terrifying words
screeched - came from the master of environmental horror himself, our
favorite environmental collapse gasbag himself Al "Bloody" Gore.

Get it - Bloody? Gore? Halloween?

Er...anyway....

"If the North Pole were to melt it could increase sea levels by 67
metres, Gore said, speaking in the heart of an oil-rich region not
known for its regard for the environment."

http://business.maktoob.com/20090000...ai/Article.htm

220 feet? Damn - that's up 20 meters from his last "projection".

Hasn't he ever heard of displacement? Hello - ice floats? The Arctic
is a ocean? Hello - anybody home?

Heh - even better...he's still addicted to the global warming/fierce
hurricane scenario - which oddly, is becoming subject to real science
nad exposed as the bull**** it is.

Yes, we all know, just because there is pile after pile of scientific
data proving otherwise, Rush and other republicans have told you
global warming isn't happening.

Why do you keep making up sound bytes? The study had nothing to do with
any politician, it is a scientific study from the University of Florida?
You know Loogie, it's ok to get informed and change your mind. When I am
wrong here I admit it, like with the Cheney thing. Why can't you?

Were it so, you could fill a glass with ice water and watch the water
level rise as the ice melts. Drinks do not overflow when left alone to
melt, even if they are brim full and mostly ice. Ice shrinks as it
melts. When glacier ice falls into the ocean the level rises, so it
cannot cause a further rise as it melt.

I AM informed, and I'll bet good money I've read more scientific
papers regarding global warming than you have. ANYBODY that actually
has studied it as opposed to getting their information from the RNC,
knows full well global warming IS happening.

Here, maybe YOU need to be informed:
From Scientific American:
http://www.scientificamerican.com/ar...of-global-warm
Nope, probably not good enough because you didn't get it from a
talking head like Rush.

Oh, but wait, there's MORE
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/new...icle516033.ece

And more

http://www.sltrib.com/opinion/ci_13678483

I could go on forever. I know, now you'll find a political shill of a
scientist who'll agree with Hannity.

This is useless... You get your info from scientists, I get mine from
scientists, but of course because mine is different than yours, mine is
automatically a lie. I won't say who this sounds like...

As long as you keep insisting that the only two people who disagree with
you are Rush, Hannity, and those who listen to them (which I don't), I
have to conclude that you are just name calling. I am done with it...
