I think most Americans have had it.
First it was "his' apology tour for Americans.
Americans don't have anything to be sorry about.
Every thing he has done is to say Americans are sorry, we submit.
His statements about the Wall were just more bowing to Russia etc.
He has not done one thing that says America is still the force in the
world.
It is all consistent with the lack of anything to reestablish Americans;
economy.
We seem to be following a Zimbabwe model. Inflation figures are a joke
contrived of cherry picked items that have kept at a lower rate.
We went to a Restaurant this evening. The bill used to be about 27.00
for two. Then it was 32.00. First of the year it leaped up to about
36.00. It went up by as much as 20% more or less everywhere. Tonight it
was 41.00
The Business Round Table tell us and the White House that we will
prosper with a lowest common denominator currency or a worthless dollar.
It might fill their pockets but not our. So far it is driving the Nation
to ruin.
Get the damned enemy Foreign Globalist out, of our Government. Put some
Adults in the State Department and cut the phone lines to Global
Merchants and Bankers. Quit bowing and apologizing to the despots and
enemies, and foreign Emperors, of Americans.
We aren't sorry or apologetic for anything the damned socialists in
Washington are.

For Barney Franks constituents to be putting the great I am down, is
music to my ears. It proves that one of the most liberal states in the
union isn't quite brain dead yet. Woo Hoo

I think we can just apply the filter now, as you are obviously a right
winger, who probably does not own a boat, who wants everyone to read
your predictably thoughtless parroting of the Republican thought of the day.

Might be SW Tom, whose boats all live in klansville, south carolina.

If you are flajim, herring, loogy, GC boater, johnson, topbassdog, rob,
or one of a half dozen others, you're wasting your time by trying to
*communicate* with me through rec.boats, because, well, you are among
the permanent members of my dumbfoch dumpster. As always, have a nice,
simple-minded day.

Hey - that was a good article. Why would you filter someone who posts
an editorial from the Boston Globe? Is that paper not liberal enough
for you?

Here's a good quote:

"Was there ever a president as deeply enamored of himself as Barack
Obama?

The first President Bush, taught from childhood to shun what his
mother called “The Great I Am,’’ regularly instructed his
speechwriters not to include too many “I’s’’ in his prepared remarks.
Reagan maintained that there was no limit to what someone could
achieve if he didn’t mind who got the credit. George Washington, one
of the most accomplished men of his day, said with characteristic
modesty on becoming president that he was “peculiarly conscious of his
own deficiencies.’’

Obama, on the other hand, positively revels in The Great I Am."

This is another example of turning a positive into a negative, which is
one of Carl Rove's trademarks. Obama has actually done what right
wingers say poor people should do, "Pull yourself up by your
bootstraps." But when it's done, it must be related to a negative, in
this case his supposed ego.

No evidence, just baseless, childish name calling.

Bush Senior should not be held up as a positive example of parenting.
Maybe if he had included more "I"s his son wouldn't have started a
couple of wars he didn't have the gumption to complete.

Just left them to the next guy. A trait which does not look good in
history books.

From what I recall, he left messes at every one of his ventures.

Continuously chanting, "How great I am," is typical of narcissism,
which may or may not be associated with hard work.
