Default Hitching a ride

Late afternoon sail from Shell Point into the Gulf. Went about 5
miles south when a few Monarch butterflies fluttered down onto the
boat. They rested for a few minutes before going on their way to
Mexico.

Hope they brought their passports if they want to get back into the
States...

I once read that the ones who migrate to Mexico do it in a single
generation whereas it takes 3 generations to get back up north.
