the military. That same military that protects *your* right to go to the
corner store to fetch beer for your son. Yes, the US military protects
Canadian interests as well, even if you choose not to admit it.

That's contrary to the union dood who earns his pension by pushing the red
button every 2 minutes. Not the blue button, that's not his job, only the
red button. And no more often than once every 2 minutes, since that's not in
his contract. Although it's being discussed in the current contract
negotiations, how much pressing the button more often is worth. Pressing
the blue button is off the table for the red guys though. Perhaps in the
2015 contract talks...

John EARNED his pension. What the hell did you do? Does/did your job require
you to put your life on the line? Quit towing the krausie line, and think
