Great boss, there's quite a few that wouldn't have bothered. He may have
forced the choice, but you made it, and stuck with it. I had two friends
that couldn't make that choice, one died of a burst esophagus, another
they found in a snowbank.

Well, you say that, but it's not true. You may not show the effects,
but they are there. And I know - believe me, I know. You're talking to
somebody who once drank a bottle of Aqua Velva to get rid of the shakes
enough to drive to the convience store to get a bottle of Boone's Farm
to be able to get to the package store for a case of beer and a quart of
Valu-Rite bourbon. :)

It was shortly after that that I understood that I had a problem - so to
speak. :)

Whew, glad you turned it around. That sort of drinking doesn't lend
itself to longevity.

Good for you and good on him.

He was a good guy and had his own battle with demon rum when he was
younger so he understood it. The key was he knew it was up to me - I
had to take responsibility for myself. Changed my whole outlook on
life.

Congratulations on having the willpower to tackle that disease.

Some of us bottom out sooner than others, thank God. One of my
brothers is back into it again, but after years of walking his
tightrope with him, I'm going to let him do it himself this time.
Unless he asks for help, of course.

Sometimes you can't help and sometimes you shouldn't.

Tough choice.

The children should not be allowed for the child labor below 15 years. It will hamper their education and increase the mental stress. There are number of laws are there for preventing the child labor, but it is not becoming functional because the public is not aware of it.So we have to be aware of the child labor and stop it right there .
